Prices are per person with half board plus 2,90 euros tourist tax per day per person from 14 years of age.
Short-term stay surcharge (1 night): +5% per person per day.
Week-offer only bookable from saturday to saturday or sunday to sunday.
REDUCTIONS FOR CHILDREN staying in room with 2 full-paying persons:
0-3 years: 10 Euro per day
3-5,9 years: -50%
6-8,9 years: -30%
9-13,9 years: -20%
- 3rd person in double room: -10%
- Double room for single occupancy: + 20/30 € per day.
OUR HALF BOARD offer consists of a 3-course menu of choice with two starters and 3-4 main courses accompanied by various different salads from the buffet, plus dessert. The weekly highlight is our gala evening by candle light, with starter buffet, delicious soup, main course and tempting dessert.
In summer, if the weather is good, we also hold a barbecue evening once a week, while in winter there are traditional Tyrolean evenings
Our wellness oasis with pool, sauna, jacuzzi, waterbeds and quiet loungers is free of charge to guests.
Our solarium and our brand-new hydrojet massage couch are also available (charge payable).
There is also table tennis, table football, table skittles as well as board games, playing cards and reading material for you to enjoy!
GUESTS BRINGING ALONG THEIR OWN SKI GEAR, can use our ski lockers up on the Klausberg free of charge.
PETS
- For dogs we charge 8/15 € per day without food.
- For cats we charge 6 € per day without food.
Out of respect for our other guests pets are not permitted in the dining room or in the spa.
On request we prepare a table in the restaurant.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in time starts from 3 pm. and ends at 6 pm. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Check-out: Please leave the room on the day of your departure at the latest till 10 am.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Deposit: To confirm your reservation, please transfer 30% of the offer price.
Booking: Reservation becomes binding only after our written confirmation and once the deposit is paid.
Payment: Please pay your bill in cash, by credit / debit card or check on the day prior to your departure.
The cash limit in Italy amounts to 1,999.99 Euro at 01.01.2021 to 999,99 Euro. The following payment methods are allowed: non-transferable check, bank transfer.
CANCELLATION
For cancellations 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be charged to cover the processing fees. 14 to 7 days before arrival 45% fee will be charged. 6 to 1 day before arrival 80% fee will be charged.
For no-show or early departure, the guest must pay in full for the entire duration of the booking. The percentages are based on the total amount for the booked holiday. Place of jurisdiction is Bolzano.
