A holiday in South Tyrol’s Ahrntal Valley is truly something special and will provide a source of lasting memories – especially of our tasty cooking.

Our culinary offering is marked by the tasty, Alpine-Mediterranean cuisine of South Tyrol. And naturally also by the signature of Armin, our hotel director and head chef in person.
Our dishes are of course freshly prepared, while it goes without saying that each individual dumpling is shaped and rounded by hand.
Our half-board offer consists of a 3-course menu of choice with two starters and 3-4 main courses accompanied by various different salads from the buffet, plus dessert.
The weekly highlight is our gala evening by candle light, with starter buffet, delicious soup, main course and tempting dessert.
In summer, if the weather is good, we also hold a barbecue evening once a week, while in winter there are traditional Tyrolean evenings.
